All of our products are handcrafted, and as such, natural variations in wood grain, tone, and pattern are to be expected. No two pieces are identical.

• Cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
   
• Adjust prices or shipping rates without prior notice.
   

All sales are processed in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable state and federal taxes.

Payments are securely processed through our website or trusted third-party payment providers.
By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
   
• You agree to pay the full amount due for your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping.
   

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Each product is made or packaged by hand. Please allow adequate production and handling time as noted in each product listing.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, returns and refunds are accepted only for items damaged in transit or with proven defects in craftsmanship.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
